A substantial reclaimed timber partition frame or architectural screen surround, constructed with heavy timber jambs, exposed mortise-and-tenon joints and traditional pegged construction. The upper section features a large glazed aperture with a rebated opening designed to accommodate a glass pane, creating a window or borrowed-light section. Below, the frame incorporates vertical tongue-and-groove match boarding set between substantial timber rails. The exposed joints, projecting timber pegs and worn surface give the piece an authentic architectural character. It would make an impressive feature when incorporated into an internal partition, room divider, glazed screen or architectural opening. As a reclaimed architectural element, it shows signs of previous use and age. Please check the listing images carefully for condition and detail.
