Reclaimed Royal Doulton Belfast Sink with Weir Overflow. A ceramic Belfast sink made by Royal Doulton. Fitted with a weir overflow for controlled drainage. Deep rectangular bowl with straight sides. Based on the maker's mark this sink dates to approximately 1907. Suits kitchen, utility, or workshop use. Wide rim allows stable fixing to worktops or timber supports. The glaze shows significant crazing across the surface. This reflects age and use. A couple of chips sit around the rim as shown in the images. The structure remains solid. Original form and proportions make it a good fit for period interiors. Would also work well as a garden planter. The sink in the images is the actual item for sale.
