A reclaimed 24-panel cast iron glazed pavement light. This vintage pavement light is a unique and functional piece with a timeless appeal. Crafted from durable materials, it features a cast iron frame in-filled with glass blocks.

Pavement lights were primarily used to illuminate underground spaces, such as basements, cellars, and underground passages. They were often installed in footpaths or pavements, hence the name. The design is reminiscent of the industrial era, with a utilitarian and functional aesthetic. Please note that one of the glass panels is missing and a number of the others have cracks and damage. Other wear, including knocks and scuffs, is consistent with age. Please use the listing photos as a visual reference of the condition.
